Orders
All orders will be processed only by FANCY POP through the technical means availables in our web site. FANCY POP will send an automatic order confirmation at the email address indicated in customer registration.
If, at the time of an order reception, any item is out of stock, FANCY POP will offer to customer the possibility to change the products, a partial refund or the order cancellation and total refund. For this, the customer will have to contact us to our Customer Support.
Our minimum order is 5,00 €, which excludes shipping.

FANCY POP will not have any responsibility or liability for any late or non-delivery of goods ordered where:
a) Partial or total non-payment of the order.
b) The delivery address supplied by the customer is incorrect in any way.
Post packaging and tax
Packaging costs, handling and spanish VAT are included in product prices and paid by the customer on the order process.
Claims
Claims can only be placed within 30 days from date of order confirmation. For this, the customer will have to contact us to our Customer Support.
